earlier i experienced the A/T light blinking at low speeds and i'd experience some hesitation like the tranny wants to upshift or downshift or stay ALL at the same time when i floor the gas pedal.
later on, the a/t light didn't blink anymore, but it still seemed the same with the tranny. switching from normal mode to power mode to hold mode didn't have any effect.
...oh, and before all that happened, i'd say i was running at least 120kph and hitting 140kph in some areas for a good 25minutes. although before i shut the car down, i had to idle it down for 3 minutes...and we then ran for about 15km at about less than 100 before the light started blinking.
did that have anything to do with it? what could i probably do? battery reset? a/t fluid's new, just had the car serviced a couple of days ago.
thanks in advance!

January 16th, 2006 08:44 PM #2Transmission overheated perhaps? It could have something to do with the ATF just being replaced.

Wala ka kasing 4wd indicator na magfaflash [consequently driving the owner nuts!] kaya yung a/t lamp mo na lang nagflash. hehehe.
Baka nga nag-overheat. Pa-check mo fluid quality kaya? Kuha ka sample.

i dropped by kaninang umaga kela joseph, he checked the atf and he said "naluto" na raw siya, thereby making the tranny unable to maintain correct gearing. drain atf, replace with new one, and clean the at na rin daw. whole day.
i need to fit this sa sked ko. hayyy.
