Ano sir sasakyan mo? Naka reflector or projector type yung headlight?
And how old is your car? Probably it only needs headlight cleaning.
Normally ok ang night visibility sa tintless car with stock halogen bulb.
Anyway, my first suggestion is to try first the performance philips or osram halogen bulbs, i.e, night breaker or the xtreme plus. Available sila sa lazada. I tried the philips xtreme vision plus and satisfied ako sa results in a pickup with 3M magic medium tint. Setback nito is the life of the bulb, average is 400 hours.
My second suggestion is to retrofit to hid, it means changing your reflector headlight into a projector type, mas maliwanag and improve visibility, cost varies from 14k to 24k, you can check the other thread of hid retrofit for suggested retrofitters. Hid bulbs last 10x longer than the performance halogen. They also retrofit using led on projectors but costlier by a few thousands and as not as bright as the hid, but leds are very much less hotter than the hid.
I dont recommend the plug and play leds on reflectors, the lights are not focus and diffuse causing glares to other motorist even in low beam.
However if you want to try led on reflectors, buy only leds that have both rotational and lenght adjustment, before plugging the led into your reflector headlight adjust the led to the same lenght of your halogen bulb and make sure its in correct orientation, this will reduce the glare. The problem here is, afaik, only the highend led lights from philips and piaa have these features, these leds cost between 10k to 13k, at this price its cheaper to get xenon concepts stage 2.5 hids at 14k.Last edited by glenn_duke; May 26th, 2018 at 02:02 AM.

May 26th, 2018 07:12 PM #25*glenn_duke thanks po. 4 yrs old yung Chevy Trailblazer (suv).
Im not well versed when it comes to lights and auto accessories kaya i will try to research your recommendations and suggestions.
Appreciate all your suggestions.

Go with an HID projector retrofit since I think walang TB variant na naka projectors ang HL. If installed properly by a reputable shop you'll see intense output and sharp cut-off. Heck even the entry level of reputable shops are way better than stock HL. Firedrake, xenon concepts are some of the budget friendly shops. HIDretrofit by gary quizon and redline autoworks by angelo magtoto are some of the famous shops din. How much are you willing to spend?

May 26th, 2018 08:45 PM #27Ask ko lng. Ayos na alignment nung hid/headlight. Pero may pinaayos ako so kinalas uli yung headlight, then after binalik lng like nothing happened. Would the alignment of the light output be the same as before? Or maiba dahil inalis ko ung headlight?

Kaya i-adjust yan. Alam na ng mga reputable shop paano align or adjust ang cut-off mo. Some of them mark the original cut-off sa wall that your car is facing bago mag baklas, para may basehan pag assemble uli and pag re-align at yan din gamit ko sa mga DIY ko. But generally, a proper cut-off at 25ft ay hindi lalagpas sa side mirror ng normal sedan.

May 26th, 2018 08:52 PM #29Yes it was already done na ng reputable shop. Ok na pero ung isang headlight ko kasi pinakalas ko. So my question is same padin ba alignment before. Tinaggal tas kabit headlight yun lng. Not sure lng ifung alignment ng ilaw naiba ba or hnd

If isang HL mo lang tinanggal then that would be easier for them to align dahil andun na ang cut-off ng isang HL mo para basehan, so measure lang nila ang distance ng center ng magkabilang HL. Yun na ang basehan nila kung saan ipoposition ang step nung isang headlight na ikakabit then align na lang nila ang cut-off nung binaklas na HL dun sa kabilang HL na di tinanggal.
