Thanks sa lahat ng sumagot. In the end, I bought those Bosch All Weather from Ace. A month passed by at still okay pa rin yung buga ng bulbs. Tried in on foggy roads of Tagaytay and Alfonso and it was great. Reduce the glare from the road and have the right yellow color for the job. And basically our mechanic said that its not where its made but how it was made.
