even in hotel valet services, they are liable to damages happen to your car while parked at their area..I know someone personally who had his car damaged while park in a basement parking of a big hotel, he had his car valet and the hotel paid for all the expenses for the repairs...

I think the moment you entered the car park the stipulation on the terms and condition is already in effect, so this is binding to both the operator of the car park and the car owner, it's tantamount to signing of a contract.

I agree with you shadow that the management can do something about this but choose not to because of the hassles. Only in our country that you park your car with a feeling of park at your own risk in a secured parking area.
