    1) What are the best options available in terms of interest rates, speed of approval, and customer service? Any good/bad experience?
    2) Are there any banks that provide loans for 2nd hand cars (for cars na hindi inhouse property ng loaning agency, e.g. from independent seller)?
    3) Would you consider loaning from smaller firms? What are the risks?

    Yes, some banks such as AMA Bank offer financing for used vehicles. But the interest rate is higher compared to brand new car financing.
