    This is true for all car insurers, the real measure is when you make a claim, or something as simple as requesting an official receipt and being promised x number of times that it wil be followed up, but nada

    I can attest to that as well. Her company was able to assist me and process my claim such that I got my LOA in 5 days. I'm sure others have had good experiences with other insurers too.
