Insurance Claim Help Please..

Good Day,

Our Car hit by our gate (due to strong wind). Pwede ko po ba magamit ung insurance ko? Nagasgasan and natuklap po ung paint and medyo nahupi ng unti. 1 year old na po ung car ko, and kakarenew ko lng ng insurance last month.

Use your insurance own damage clause... pero check mo rin kung magkano ang participation mo kasi baka mas malaki pa ito kesa sa actual estimated repair cost.
Post mo rin dito yung damage portion para mas accurate ang sagot sa query mo.

Ang Participation fee po ba is 1% of total insured estimate.. Then my participation fee is 13,660. since 1,366,000php ung insured value ko.

Whew... medyo mataas sya. Usually per panel ang labanan sa paint repair.
Please post the damaged portion of your car para mabigyan ng tamang assessment.

White or Pearl White? If one panel damage baka nasa 2-4k lang sa reputable repair/body/paint shop.

ouch! mukhang mas mahal pa participation mo dyan...

maximum 4k lang yan. pili ka lang ng shop na sanay sa pearl white.

dapat talaga pag kumuha ka ng insurance insist mo sa agent maximum participation 3k. pag ganyan na 1% bale wala din insurance mo.

and may i suggest you fix your gate para kahit malakas ang hangin hindi hahampas sa kotse mo. madali lang palagyan ng vertical bolt yan. o kahit chain na may hook.
