April 12th, 2016 07:46 PM #1Hi Guys,
Need your help. I'm a new driver and nadamage ko ung sasakyan ko(own damage). bago palang ung car sakin nung nabangga ko so wala pa insurance policy, OR/CR(under bank loan), and wala pa LTO OR/CR(c/o CASA). Ganun ba talga? Hindi ba dapat accepted ung documents since bago palang ung car? and dpat from the day na mailabas sa CASA ung sasakyan ay insured na. Please help kung ano dapat kong gawin. According sa standard insurance website 3 days lang ung processing, pang 5th day na bukas wala paring call/email from claim officer.

April 12th, 2016 08:10 PM #6Thanks Stigg ma and kishAn.
"As of now, we are still waiting for the feedback from Claims Officer if it is possible to not provide the needed requirements for claims. But as you mention before you only have sales invoice, license with receipt and insurance advice. May we request if you can send us the copy of those documents? So we can request our Claims Officer to call you immediate on how they will going to assist you with your concern. Once we receive it, we will forward it to them for proper handling."

based on the qouted paragraph above. wala naman bro sinabi na possible na hindi ka makakaclaim or matatagalan. ang sabi ata eh is "As of now, we are still waiting for the feedback from Claims Officer if it is possible to not provide the needed requirements for claims" inaantay nila yung feedback ni claim officer kung posible bang hindi na iprovide yung mga kailangang requirements. pero malamang madedelay talaga, wala ka ba bro loan acct officer na naghandle ng loans mo para sya yung ngpafollow up?

Agree with this. You need not worry as it's a bank loaned car, you are covered the moment it got out of casa. Get the name of the guy who handles your claim at Standard para diretso ka mag follow-up sa kanila, not the bank guy. Get rid of the bridge, go straight sa insurance company. The most you have to dole out is participation fee.
Check that out as well.
