If I were your boss, i'd let the recovery team visit the house then don't release the vehicle instead give them the copy of bank deposit slips and acknowlegement receipt of PDC's. If you can prove that your'e in good faith, pede mo pa kasuhan ng harassment.

like the others said, nakapag-tataka nga...
i suspect, there is more to this that TS is not (willing to? able to? know about as to?) share...

as the saying goes, "walang sekretong hindi nabubunyag."

this is about as interesting as the other thread where the car was being hostaged by the spouse's unsettled CC account, even as a third party already assumed the loan and paid for the car in full.

banks are reputed to be among the most stringent of money-keepers. sigurista sila. napaka-sigurista, that the joke is, only those who have money, may borrow from them.
so, with your problem, as narrated, i feel there is some crucial information missing in the discussion. something that you might not be aware of.

    talk to the bank.
a repossessed car is a lost investment. but it is, in their view, a proven means to minimize their (the bank's) losses.
and inquire from that bank, the status of this "external office". it is also possible, that the external office already bought all the interests, rights, privileges and risks, in your car.

then, investigate the (your) company, and find out whose fault it is.
    heh heh....
