We are all open sources in the internet.
I noticed that a lot of tsikoteers are negative about
commisions made on your Motor Collision Policy(Comprehensive Car Insurance). These are the commision that can be had from a car policy.
1. Sales Commission (You get this for selling the policy)
2. Claims Servicing (5% incentive on labor charges if Casa Repair)
3. Profit Commision/No Claim Bonus (This is when you have a good loss ratio)
4. Production Bonus (When you hit your sales targets)
These are available to Agents,Bancassurance,Brokers/Agencies.
What I don't understand is the claims of sellers of insurance that
if you buy from them, you will not have to pay commisions and thus
save money. But I have not seen a policy that cannot be matched
by another seller.
The only way you can avoid paying for this is when you do not buy
a policy.
