Ang pinagkaiba, ginagamit mo ang sasakyan habang nakasanla hindi tulad ng sanla sa pawnshop na nasa kanila.

Nasa pangalan mo ang car. Kapag hindi ka nakabayad kukunin nila car mo at ibebenta sa public auction at ang proceeds noon ay ibabayad sa utang mo. Its applies to new or second hand cars (well it applies generally to all personal properties so it is not limited to cars.)
