First time I ever heard of this from a friend of mine. They are being asked by the insurance company of the other person to pay for the repairs done to the vehicle. This is the odd part, its several months later and both parties agreed to just fix the damage with their respective insurances agencies since both cars were insured.

Legal ba ito? Agreement was both parties just have it fixed on their own even if my friend already offered their insurance to cover for the damages of the other car. Also wala bang limit sa timeframe na pwede kang habulin for payments by the insurance company, indefinite ba ito?
