Post your own story or post links with cars that have high mileage.
Meron akong nakitang link dati (pagkakaalam ko sa tsikot ko nakita iyon), mga Hyundai or Kia cars na nag rollover na iyong odometer nila. Alam nyo ba iyon mga peeps? nabasa nyo ba iyon?

I do recall Toyota having a commercial of someone with a Toyota 2x2 small pickup hitting 200k miles. That commercial was aired back in the 90's. Add: The commercial was for that guy trading it in for another Toyota pickup.
My own Plymouth Laser (2.0L Mitsu turbo) hit 171k miles (mostly highway). It would've lasted longer. But I neglected to change the timing belt at 120k miles which broke at 171k miles and wrecked almost all the valves. Add: I replaced the original engine with one from the last model Eagle Talon TSi. The kid who owned it wrecked it at only 12k miles......
It's not unusual to pile up the miles here. Over in Nevada for example, it's at least 130 miles (209 km) round trip from my uncle's house to the nearest mall.Last edited by Jun aka Pekto; September 15th, 2006 at 02:16 AM.

90% of it is highway and freeway miles. It take a little over an hour's drive each way.
Here, we have a Pinoy store in town. But, it's fairly small. We er I, have to drive 2 hours each way to a bigger Pilipino Store just for a couple grocery bags of Pinoy goodies (itlog na maalat, Clover chips, etc).Last edited by Jun aka Pekto; September 15th, 2006 at 03:29 AM.
