November 15th, 2012 10:18 AM #1Filled up at Caltex for a change and after filling up only P500 the boy gave me a stamp card and a leaflet.
He said if you fill up a minimum of P500 per transaction you get a stamp and once you complete 12 stamps you get: Personal Accident Insurance of up to P100,000 + 1 Liter of Fuel.
I've googled this and couldn't find anything about it. The insurance is with AXA btw. There's a lot of small print on the leaflet but mostly explaining the coverage. Went on AXA's website and couldn't find any info about their Personal Accident Insurance.
Does this sound good? Worth filling up here just to get the promo?
If minimum P500 x 12 stamps = P6000, worth it?

By the time makapag x12 ka.. sasabihin sa yo "ay sir tapos na po yung promo"
Best to verify with AXA mismo if you are interested
