try mo pareho pre.... there is no harm naman in trying. with that you can say what works better with your car.

    sa akin (both regular unleaded)

    shell: smoother acceleration
petron: mas gigil ang makina, pero mas matagal ngang maubos.

viper, happy_g is right...much better try mo then compare. sa akin kasi i compare it with RON rating.

yung XCS (95) kasi ng petron - (95) velocity or VPower na ng shell which is mas mahal. ;)

Just try both. Often. Not all cars react to the same gas the same way. Same with drivers, actually.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Am experimenting with Petron Extra Unleaded will post findings after this week. BTW mas mahal ng 1 peso ang Extra Unleaded compared to Shell's Super Unleaded well at least in macapagal.

A friend of mine told me that Petron works with his 2.5li X-trail, he feels that it gives his car more "ommphhh" in higher rpms.

Well it all depends on your car's engine. Experiment and you'll know what works for you.

In my experience, Petron talaga. I get better mileage with Petron than with any other brand. Parang yung tinatakbo ko sa Petron na may kasama nang konting upak, yun lang itatakbo ko sa ibang brand na pure smooth driving.

But I agree with happy gilmore though, parang mas gigil nga makina ko sa Petron. Pag Caltex and Shell steady lang.

I drive a 95 Corolla GLi by the way.

Viper, Try to do this have a full tank w/ Shell then go around your area and then
pasok ka expressway north or south kung saan ka malapit. Kapag naka 50kms kana or more go back to the nearest Shell gas station and have your car fulltank again. Sabihin mo sa attendant na stop on the first click. Then get the your ODO reading and lts. that you consume for the trip. O nga pala dapat normal driving habit mo ang gawin mo at ubusin mo muna yong fulltank. Do the same thing w/ Petron or Seaoil or any brand you want. See and compare you will see that there is very small difference. Why you do this? Motorist always change the way they drive. Traffic condition changes too. If you compare your consumption on the diffrent Day or Traffic condition syempre may dehado sa laban.Weekend is the best time to do this.
This weekend Shell muna syempre una kami then Petron or bahala ka.
    Goodluck balitaan mo kami.
