with all things being equal, e.g. driving style, daily route/distance travelled, etc, would a person get better fuel economy if he gases up P200 per day which would last him 5 working days or gas P1000 sa isang bagsakan which last him the same number of days?
alin sa 2 situations ang magbibigay ng better fuel economy? just wondering.
tnx!

the lighter the better kaya you will get better fuel economy sa Php 200 per day...karga ka lang palagi sa same gas station, same pump, same time of the day, same fuel (RON)...

A lighter fuel load will give you better fuel economy.
Its not just your driving style but maintenance of your vehicle is also important.
Regular change oil
change fuel filter, air filter
spark plugs
right amount of tire pressure
correct wheel alignment etc. etc.

agree, but you waste the fuel saved with the extra trips to the gas station

200 per day is more economical lalo na if you gas up at night since fuel is more dense at cold temps meaning you'll get a little more.

OO nga ano, gassing up at night should give you slightly more gas ,parang F1 trick, they chill the gasoline before a race. Plus the lighter traffic at night should give you better mileage figures...
Ako, instead of gassing up na tig 200 pesos, I add gas by the liter 10 liters, or 15 liters, etc... its easier for me to compute the mileage at the next opportunity that I fill up the tank (which rarely happens).
On a related note, may significant effect ba sa mileage ninyo yung brand ng gasoline that you use ? Or basta pareho octane rating, pare-pareho lang sila ?
