Good lord, now the Inquirer trumpets yet another seemingly dubious miracle device?
it's really becoming alarming how sources that are generally viewed as credible by many people openly endorse, without any verifiable instrumented testing, tin-can contraptions that miraculously bend the laws of chemistry and physics. are these sources in the payroll of these dubious manufacturers? jeez, how many people have to be suckered by these misleading claims of "EPA and CARB certification" and other bullcrap?
inevitably, some will accuse in this forum of my (and others') jumping to conclusions and of unfairly generalizing this whole class of device, but please, this must be some miracle catalyst to be able to promote hydrocarbon chain-breaking and isomerization and other associated processes in the standard temperature and pressure of a fuel tank.
all this, from such a reputable journal as the Inquirer, to boot. tsk tsk.
