Yep. I computed the interest rate dun sa bank loan ng Tucson ni Patti, almost 1.7M ang babayaran niya.
Which is ka-presyo na ng Premium package na kinuha ko, kung cash paid..

this is only my opinion on the matter of loan and company perk:
600k = company
600k = shoulder
after five years, the person might have paid around 800k - 850k (depending on interest). still lower than the SRP of 1.2M. its still a gain if you dont have any plans of shifting company/resigning.
BTT: ano pa ba pwede choice aside from crv asx and kia soul?

sus parang konti cr-v kumakalat diyan. hehe
ayaw ko lang sa tucson medyo maliit yung loob pero design wise maganda.
so choices: asx (4x4 ba?), cr-v, tucson, soul.
