Hi po mga sir,

May biblhin po akong sasakyan 1993 Nissan eccs a/t, allpower, ok na po na-check na yung engine, legal documents, literal na sasakyan na lang yung kotse kaso may poblema......

2nd owner na po yung nagbebenta at na transfer na sa pangalan nya yung sasakyan.

Newly registered ho yung sasakyan ngayong 2008, tama yung Chassis no. at engine no. niya dun sa OR/CR at records ng LTO......

Ang poblema yung record ng chassis no. sa LTO at sa Certificate of registration ay iba sa nakatatak sa chassis, eto ho yung difference....

Chassis Number from LTO records and CR : BEAB13-L01731

Chassis Numbr from the body of the car itself: BEAB13-B01731

Nagkatalo lang po sa B at L, ano po gagawin ko????? pls help me!!!! ASAP

Posible bang clerical error ito?
Okay lang ho ba na may ganyang diperensya sa chassis no?

Pagdating naman sa engine nos. eh tally naman po.... Pls help me what should I do????

When was the car registered? Do you plan to transfer the ownership to you? Anyway, if you do, isabay mo na lang and tell them about the error. Kung recently lang iyan, mas maganda gawin mo kaagad. and don't forget to bring all the necessary documents with you.

and date nung na-transfer siya sa 2nd owner is March 12, 2007 tapos binibenta na niya ngaung july, newly registered na ito last march......

I'm planning to transfer the ownership under my name next year before the registration expires. The only problem that i am facing right now is the chassis number, they told me that it's only a minor problem, but how will i know if they're telling the truth?

What documents do I need to ask from them that will certify that there was some sort of an error during the registration of the car?

check with LTO for those type of case... kasi kung wala naman talagang legal issues yan, baka a lawyer affidavit will suffice.... pero LTO pa rin ang last say diyan

Punta ka na lang sa TMG madali nila matrace kung me problema (i.e. tampering etc) or sa LTO.

e.g. LTO VEHICLE XKY263 TO 2600

There will be an automatic answer specifying plate
number, make, model, year, color, last registration day, any record of LTO
apprehension or existing alarm for the vehicle.
