Agree, thats why I am asking kung di sya manghihinayang kung bigla lumabas yung 3.0 ni MU-X since alam nya na currently available yun in other SEA countries. In my case manghihinayang ako nun, medyo tanggap ko kung tataas presyo but a 4x4 MU-x going for more than 1.8M might not be competitive kung nasa 1.7 lng yung iba (unlikely Isuzu will increase the price significantly) or di rin sakin masyado masakit kung initially di talaga available yung specs tapos midcycle refresh may biglang bago lumabas na features. ( Ex. would be the initial Montero releases ffd by the VGTs)

He asked panu kung "sulit" ba yung current MU-x na mukang 4x4 gusto with a 3.0 engine

For me, imho, as long as happy ka sa ride mo, wala ka dapat panghinayangan.

1.4M lang yung budget ng TS, bakit naman umabot na kayo sa 1.8M? let's get back to the scope of the topic please.

    Sir enterbay,

Kung MU-X or TB ang pipiliin nyo?! Depende po sa usage?! ano po ba ang mas preferred nyo?! lower displacement ng engine or higher displacement?! city or highway driving?! or combined?! family car po ba or business usage?!

MU-X - more on relax driving (family vehicle and not used in heavy haul [full passenger]/towing)
    TB - Serious heavy hauling/towing

The MU-X's dark interior is a big boost in hauling.

(that's about 1,000 pounds of traffic cones... fifty pieces. )

    Isuzu MU-X LS-M 4x2 review in the Philippines | TopGear.com.ph
Have driven it with seven on board... and five with lots of junk. No issues.

A lot of people here seem to forget how little power diesel SUVs have had in the past. The MU-X AT has more power, more torque and more gears than the old Pajero 2.8 Fieldmaster. The old LC80 was rated at more power... but I've driven it... and it's hella slower than the MU-X (because it was so heavy).

The MU-X is NOT UNDERPOWERED at all. It's just not FAST.

Features that made us choose the mu-X:
    1. Electronic Stabilty Control
    2. Traction Control
    3. Passive Entry
    4. Push start system
    5. OEM-spec HU with back up camera plus rear factory installed 10" monitor (rarely use it though, sana yung Isuzu developed na lang kesa AVT )
    6. Silent engine
    7. I like the interior color + instrument cluster (sweeping needles)
    8. Overall looks (Subjective naman po)
    9. Automatic climate control

And more. Tska maganda experience namin sa Isuzu, our Hi-Lander never gave us a headache kahit medyo napabayaan na.

All that for 1.358M. I just find the cheaper TB variants bare. But you do get better flood wading depth (800mm vs 600mm), and of course, the more powerful diesel engine. Somehow I also like the look of the TB, mu-X's muscular wheel arches look quite awkward and it makes you feel like you're driving an extra wide SUV.

Having the mu-X for over a month already, sulit po siya para sa amin.

and addition, not only for 7 passengers, 2.5vgt (high power version) plenty enough power na pwedeng ilagay sa engine bay ng mga mini-truck (closed van, both 4 & 6 wheeler) and mini bus,

Hindi naman po ako pasigaw na nagtatanong, silent communication means naman po dito sa forums, (not unless kung capital letters, jeje words and text reply, clearly a violation rules) to clarify na rin po sa TS kung ano po yung purpose kung saa nya gagamitin, as one of the members here sa forums, to help and give some good advice and info para magkaroon po ng idea si TS, para makapag-decide po sya kung anong variant ang kukunin nya without regrets and sulit sa budget.

Thanks po Sharing this good photo and info Sir niky.

Between 2 brands comparison sa topic thread and other different brand variant na design sa 3rd row seat folding?!
