I had a chance to test drive a used limited edition FTO with the 200hp V6. Pretty potent for a small, light coupe. I've driven older turbo Eclipses (namely my 1g rebadged Plymouth Laser). I've also driven a acquaintance's 2g "baby Ferrari" MR2 turbo. I've never driven a Supra although I've seen plenty of them.
Stock, among the first 3, I'd take the MR2 turbo with a tie between the FTO and turbo Eclipse following very closely.
If the Supra was the last model twin turbo, I'd pick the Supra. If it's the older previous-gen, I stick with the MR2 Turbo. The previous-gen Supra would be last.

If it's the turbo version, the MR2, hands down. The Supra, second, maybe... it's kinda heavy and not my type... plus, it'd be much more expensive than the others here.
The Eclipse would be a sight faster than the FTO, but I prefer the FTO's engine... that V6 sounds sweeeeet.

If it's a comparo, ya gotta have pics. Late 90's Mitsu FTO, mid 90's Mitsu Eclipse, Early 90's MR2, Early 90's (and last model) Supra:

It's kinda rare here, too, compared to the Eclipse, but not as rare as the FTO.
I personally still love the looks of the last MR2 (before it degenerated into Kermit the Frog... oops, the MR-S), that "baby Ferrari" thing never gets old.
Handling uber alles!
