Do you think Chevy will still be here in asia 10 years from now and the Chevy Z71

am now 80% sure of getting the 4x4 Z71 this Christmas.

reasons:
- it's the cheapest 4x4 in the PPV market but its' the fastest.
- it's rare (im never a conformist, nauumay na ako sa common PPVs sa kalsada)
- premium-looking interior and leather seats as well chevy mylink with Apple CarPlay at least hindi aVT plus I like sitting in a premium experience cabin



- have no qualms about maintenance cost kahit chevy pa yan
- I like to collect 4x4s and keep them long (I have 12 years old 4x4 Explorer & Pajero)
- I will not haul more than 2 people a day, even if it's a 7 seater and I dont have relatives or house in the provinces, occassional trips lang siguro sa Baguio/Tagaytay
- I work near my place most of the time I use Uber. sama ko lang to sa collection ko talag parang yun tatay ni Green Hornet

my concern, parang GM kasi is downsizing all throughout south east asia, cutting down factories and even phasing out some chevy models. Plus I checked the best-selling chevy cars here: only Trailblazer and Colorado lang talaga, plus the sail. even their diesel sedan na cruze mukang langaw


ano kaya is this gamble?

eh kasi nga bagsak presyo na sila, wala na budget pam-print ng brochure.

meron na nga sila 1.3M na TBZ eh pero 16" lang rims tapos sobra bare, pero AT ha. ako naman kasi di na takot bumile ng American car sa sinapit at na-overcome na challenge ko sa Ford Explorer ko, kaya i'm going for the Z71. ayaw ko nga pa-service sa casa sa 5 year warranty period kasi alam ka babalahurain lang yan, mas gusto ako pa magpa-service sa gas station

naiiba kasi itsura ng Z71 para kasama nila prime at wahlberg

panget lng yun butt and basic airbags... overall its a good 4x4 choice. light steering and abundant power. class leading interior nvh.
