Fuel used that time, the fast-burning high-cetane Petron Turbo Diesel.

Out-of-town drives e.g. combined Metro Manila at highly variable speeds, SLEX speeding at 100-120 kph, along the provincial road connecting the Southern Tagalog provinces to Bicol at 75-100 kph, recorded at 17 km per litre.
