From your initial choices, you seem to be interested in SUVs. I would think the Forester or CRV as better and roomier options than the ones you mentioned.

Best vehicle in terms of what? You should have a criteria for choosing a car. What's your priority? Fuel economy, reliability, cargo space, etc.
