Registration for 1st time renewal.

Hello po mga sirs',

Tanong ko lang po kung maire - register po ba namin ang fully paid na unit namin kung hindi pa rin namin hawak ang original na ORCR.

Parang ayaw po kasi ng BDO ibigay yung orcr hangga't di pa naise - settle ng kapatid ko yung bill Niya sa BDO credit card na naputol na, nagipit po kasi since last year.

Kung pa register lang pwede. You only need photocopy to register. Co maker mo ba kapatid mo?

Hindi po sir. Nitong October kasi ang renewal ng unit "0" ang last digit ng plate number. Thank you po.

Kung di mo co-maker ng loan kapatid mo, walang bearing ang delinquency nya sa sa paghohostage ng CR

as raven above says,
"just present the xerox of the orcr."
lto won't even ask what your connection with the car, is.
also, be aware of the other requirements for renewal of registration: emissions test, tpl insurance, and EWD.

errr...
make at least two copies of that orcr.
lto will keep one, kasi. if you do not have another copy of the CR in your files, then you just gave away your only copy of the CR.

hostaging the documents because of your brother's alleged CC issues...
that's another thing.
but, pano nila nalaman na kapatid mo siya?

You may need to make an official request for tbe copy of OR CR, para clear kung ano reason. As others said, kung di mo naman comaker kapatid, wala dapat bearing. You can probably complain at DTI in case they will insist on not giving you the original. Make digital copies of your current copies just to be sure.
