Planning to buy Honda Civic FD 2007 1.8V AT

Fellow tsikoters,

Plano ko bumili ng second hand Honda Civic FD 2007 1.8 AT. Help naman sa mga master tsikoters at paki-share naman ang naging experiences nyo sa model na ito. Ano ang pros and cons like hatak ng takbo or performance, reliabilty, FC, maintenance wise, etc.?

Positive

- Maporma

- Matipid sa gas

- Magaan ang body/Matulin kahit automatic.

Negative

- Sirain ang power steering

- Pati engine support

- Nahirapan ako sa upuan lagi sayad ulo ko sa bubung ng kotse. Kailangan ko adjust upuan para bumaba. Pero pag bumaba naman hirap makita hood so maninibago ka sa parallel parking kahit sanay ka na.

- Kung ipadrive mo naman sa matanda na malabo mata eh syempre mapapalapit yung ulo sa manibela eh halos tumama na nuo sa windshield.

Conclusion ko personally wag yung FD. Kung porma ok pero kung comfort hindi. Baka yung honda engineer na gumawa nito mga 5'3 5'4 ang height.

That's weird. I'm 6' tall. No issues with the seat height. In fact, I keep the height adjuster at the highest setting because I want the best vantage point. Even so, there's enough clearance between my head and the roof liner. Haven't hit my head as far as I can remember in the 8 years I owned an FD.

At first I tried this also bro oj, but it felt ackward, so I just learned to drive it with the seat at the lowest setting, as I said just a few drives to get used to it

Maybe we have to unlearn this again if we buy the new civic.

Pwede nakahighest setting yung height adjuster pero nakarecline naman? So pwede hindi din tatama ulo sa bubung.

Ginawa ko din yan kaso hindi ko feel kung nakarecline. Gusto ko talaga straight yung back.
