    TS, no brainier here. get either 1.6E or 1.6G. I've driven both cars before. Mz3 better handling than altis but poor FC while the altis good FC in city driving.

    Resale value of a 1.6 Altis is about the same as a 2.0 Mazda 3 of the same age.

    The Altis is obviously more efficient (around 8 km/L city driving vs. 6 km/L for the Mazda) and also has cheaper parts. But the Mazda is much, much more fun to drive, more powerful, looks better, and has way more features.
