ano ba dapat gawin or ano requiremnts kailangan para makakuha ulit ng copy? another thing is yun car is naka financing sa bank but then tapos na yun payment last january so nakuha ko na release paper and napacancel ko na rin sa register of deeds yun chattel mortgage the problem is hinde ko pa napaalis yun encumbered sa CR, ngayon nawala lahat cancellation of chattel mortgage paper with notary, original CR & OR , two weeks ago ko lang kasi napansin na nawala yun mag renew na ako ng insurance, about namn sa hinde ko pinaalis kaagad yun encumbered gagawin ko dapat sa renewal na lang ng registration para isang gastos na lang, nayon hinde ko na makita mga papers, pwede ba kumuha ulit sa bank ng chattel mortgage copy then pa cancel ko ulit sa RD? or sa RD ako dapat kumuha ng copy? or sa notarary public where I have it notarize? then paano sa LTO naman? thanks I really need help ...thanks

May copy ang Registry of Deeds ng Release of Mortgage. Just ask for a Certified True Copy from them and present it to the LTO.

As for your lost CR & OR, affidavit of loss ang kelangan mo. Mas maganda kung may hawak kang photocopy ng CR & OR para mas mabilis ma-trace yung file mo, pero since computerized naman na ang LTO, baka pwede na siguro kahit sabihin mo nalang plate number mo.
