February 22nd, 2012 02:05 AM #3This is a pretty tall order. I'd advise you save a bit more for this. At your current budget, I suppose all you can get would be old 1.3L carbureted compacts. But among old cars, your best choice would always be the Nissan Sentra as you will always get the newest model for your money as compared to the others. Maybe if you can stretch your budget to around 100k, you can find a B13 Sentra 1.6ECCS in good condition. I'm sure you'll need the power of a 1.6L fuel injected engine since you run long distance a lot and all power amenities only come in the 1.6L variants.

February 22nd, 2012 02:43 PM #6If you mean Mazda's that fit your budget, AFAIK hindi pa sila related with Ford noon and so do not share parts with Ford. Yung time na nagstart ang parts sharing nila is during the late 90s na. And then early Mazda's weren't really good. It'll be best to stay with the Sentra.

February 22nd, 2012 03:54 PM #7mag 1990 toyota corolla ka na lang, kahit saang auto supply madaling makakuha nang parts, but don't expect so many fancy things, sa price na 70K bihira ang may ganyang katino na car. always expect something to replace and repair.
