Ok thanks imho. Sa wheels & Rim pa nga Lang worth 100K na yun. Just wanna get others opinion before we decide if Trend or Titanium.

Agree ko dun sa Fort within a few months, you'll be looking at the new Fort. And siempre the feeling of if I could have waited Lang sana. at least sa Eve. Matagal pa yan ulit mag full change ng model.

Bro,- I think the difference between the 17"(?) wheels of the Ambiente vs. the 18"(?) wheels of the Trend (or the 18"(?) wheels of the Trend vs the 20"(?) wheels of the Titanium) would not be P100K...

Yup,- but you have to add some more dough in your budget for the newer model of either the Fortuner or the MS.....

Aabot bro ng 100k kung 20" OEM rims tapos Goodyear yung tires.

Ngayon kasi yung mga Black Rhino and Nitto na 20s, nasa ganun na ang price. Nitto isn't even a high-end tyre brand (although for some reason, pinoys think it's high-end when internationally it's just so-so).

Agree with the price of the 20" wheels bro, per se.

However, we have to consider the 18" wheels and get the difference in their prices to compare the price difference of the 2 variants (Trend vs. Titanium)...

Anyway, sabi nga nila,- if you have the dough, then go for the TOTL variant.....

This is a big misconception sa comparison ng price difference between variants.

And then there's the problem of sourcing the 20" OEM mags, I assume not many people who'll buy Titanium variants will sell off theirs.

    Agree bro.

But my position is that, if I am buying a Trend,- I am keeping it stock.

So, I am not selling my 18" wheels and buy 20" wheels, to have the same look as the Titanium... I could not pretend my ride to be something else. Others, though may take this stance.

And with that, the price of the 20" wheels per se is not a factor for my consideration of the price difference in the model variants vs. the features each offers.

correct, nitto tires are budget tires in the US but here it is sold as premium tires. it is not unusual to see nitto tires advertised in 0lx at 100k for a set of 4. achilles tires from indonesia is ranked same as nitto in quality but one can get the same size and type tires from achilles at no more than 50% the price nitto is sold locally. nakakatawa lang yung mga nasa 4x4 forums na bibili ng nitto tapos after a few weeks (sometimes only days) binebenta na yung nitto nila to buy a known brand.

which just shows you what is in ford's mind, form over function. well, dapat lang nga siguro kasi madaming pinoy ang mahilig lang sa porma.

From the Ford Eve Thread someone mentioned that the Trend has a Black interior. Now if it is confirm then that would be a factor in favor of the Trend to some if not most buyers. Well in my case I would favor the Trend kumpara sa pagkalike ko ng Rims n wheels ng Titanium☺️

Hi guys, im currently looking for a 2nd hand 7-seater for family use, must be automatic, 70 city/30 highway use, usage would be around max 15,000kms per year.

    Budget is 800k to 900K++
    Shortlisted the ff models:
    Fortuner 2.5 / 3.0
    Everest 3.0
    Santa Fe

I would like to know what year models/ other car models should i go for for that budget?
What should i watch out for in 2nd hand Forty's/Everest/Santa Fe?
What are the pros and cons of each model?
PLanning to buy this MArch/April 2016.
THanks in advance for your tips and inputs.
