CR conflict

hi sir's, i just noticed 2 months ago na may slightly conflict sa CR ng sasakyan na binili ko (2nd hand). Pero verified through PNP/TMG/LTo ok naman siya pati engine at chassis no., siguro hinde lang din nila gano napansin.

Ang problem kasi instead na sedan or 4-door car ang nakalagay sa CR eh SUV ang naitype. (typo error fault ng lto). Imported cars po ito.. Ang sabi sakin na napagtanungan ko puwede naman daw i parevise yon once I transfer the ownership into my name. Para lang daw itong change color/engine etch..

Is this true? If yes, ano kaya mga requirements?

i think you need to have another TMG clearance there before going sa LTO.

yap pero puwede kaya yun isabay? same also happened to my friend typo error din instead of 2-door lang yung sasakyan niya naging 4-door ang nakalagay.

i don't think it's a problem, as long as the ID numbers match. obvious naman kung sino ang nagkamali, e (assuming the papers are legitimate). the error can easily be corrected when the new CR is made.

Mas mainam mag inquire ka na lang sa LTO regarding diyan sa problema mo .Alam mo naman ngayon kahit nakaw na sasakyan na paparehistro ng bago. Mahirap din dahil maraming mga Traffic enforcer pag nasita ka .Hahanap ng butas para magkaron ka ng violation . Titignan agad OR AND CR. Maayos naman iyan kung sila nagkamali sa pag type.

wala naman sumasagot sa LTO eh.. ang gulo din ng sinasabi nila yung iba naman ok lang daw yun yung iba naman baka daw ma impound hehe..

isa pang tanong pano naman pagnagkamali ng type ng engine/chassis no. sa CR mo? Ano ang dapat gawin para maayos?

go back and tell them about it. they will simply check the copies that they filed. they have copies of the previous CR, the deed of sale, and the new CR.
