In house financing is traditionally more expensive due to higher interest rates. It is resorted to by those who have no access to bank financing or those who could not be approved due to some issues (pending litigation, credit findings, etc.).
But, to be sure, why don't you get a quote (based on the term of the in-house loan) from your agent and compare it with that of a bank? Don't rely too much on what the agent says.

Do your research.. Dito nga lang sa tsikot(ito ang sobrang nakatulong sa akin way back 2008 nung first time ko bumili ng brand new ng sasakyan).. Super bait mga tao dito.. Hindi ka magsisisi..👍👍👍

My brother had a quotation done for a fortuber and In-house financing ng toyota for 5 yrs is around 45% while sa BDO is only 24%.
Almost double sa in-house. Update us sa quotation ng SA. Sabihin mo magpasa sya ng quotation

November 17th, 2016 09:23 PM #7Sa tingin ko may pros and cons from both parties. If sa bank financing, mas mababa nga ang interest but you have to do all the papers and transaction. Sa In-house naman, you have the convinience, sila na bahala lahat as long as complete na mga requirements mo. Kaya mga katsikot baka may mas magandang payo or suggestion pa tayo jan.. TIA po.
