2nd hand car with a budget of 350k-400k

Mga sir, I'm planning to buy a 2nd hand car this coming december. My budget is around 350k-400k maximum either altis 2008 model 1.6G or civic 2006 FD 1.8S. No problem if MT or AT as long as hindi masyado mataas ang mileage and complete ang maintenance sa casa. Ask ko lang po if pasok ang mga kotse na eto sa budget ko? If ever baka po may alam kayo nagbebenta dyan, by the way I am from Batangas province. Thank you and God Bless us all.....

Both Altis and Civic FD are good choices, just choose a properly maintained unit. Given the choice, I will pick the Civic FD.
