200k budget for 2nd hand car. What to choose?

HI. I'm looking for our first car budget of 200k. Ang mga choices na nakita ko based on my budget are kia rio 2008-2011, vios 2003-2007, lancer 2003-2007, sentra 2003-2010, mazda 3 2004-2007. Ano pong mas wise bilhin considering sa edad nila? Vios ang hinahanap ko kasi mas mura daw ang parts ni toyota lalo na at aging na ang hinahanap ko, how bout lancer 2007? may mga kia rio akong nakita na 2010-2011 model na kasya sa budget, kamusta kaya performance and maintenance nito? out of question na ang resale value po. salamat po sa mga inputs.

the vios has a reputation that makes it a winner. but it is cramped inside.
the sentra is a good car, with bigger passenger space. but some people are turned off by its bigger fuel appetite, compared to the vios.
i used to have a 2003 lancer mx (cvt). i believe the 2007 lancer still used the same engine. the cedia series (what it was called) was very comfortable inside, and, to me, was a decent drive. but its fuel appetite was to the tune of 6 km/li on a good day. i do not know how much better the MT version is.
rio? it's... korean. personal choice lang po. others may dis-agree.
mazda... no experience.

Thanks for replying dr.d. i have narrow down may choices to only vios or altis. There were good 2005 2007 altis thats within my budget rane 200 to 250k. Will an altis be a smarter choice? I believe its much spacious inside than vios.

i am driving a 2003 altis now. my only complaint is its small passenger and driver space. my wigo is seemingly more spacious!
