kung ano RMS rating ng coax, that is for the pair na, not just one speaker and same goes for the seps.
yung last question is for the set up already... ganto yan naman yan usually sa 4 channel amp 2 sets of speakers kaya niyan. either 2 seps, 2 subs, or 1 sub and 1 seps.
now if your amp is rated 100 watts * 4 channel malamang 50 watts bridged yan. so 50 watts sa isang seps and 50 watts for the sub. i does not mean your limited to buy 50 watts speakers. pwede ka bumili kahit 1000 watts speakers kaso hindi busog yung speakers. it still had the potential of giving more pero you have to get a high power amp.
ang magkasma lang sa rating is seps (high and mid). in short, hindi sila hiwalay
tapos iba naman subs (low)
basta power ng setup is though its ampli: the higher the ampli rating the higher components you need. for example 1600 rms watts yung ampli, 800 rms at bridged, kailangan mo ng malakas speakers that can handle that power or more. kung hindi, baka masunog speakers.
