    pati ba yung labas nya nililinis nyo??
    pwede ko bang brush yung labas para mawala
    yung mga nakakapit na dumi??

    usually high pressure spray and a wire brush will do the trick for the outerside of the radiator.. you might have a hard time cleaning the radiator while it's still attached to the mounts, though.
