Good day sirs, Hope I have posted this thread at the right board.

We recently purchased a 1.5V Jazz from our local dealer late September. And after just a few weeks to one month these discolorations appeared,I don't know what exactly it is called. Inspected it myself and it appears to be below the clear coat.

Also appeared on the rear passenger door.

When it first appeared on the quarter panel I immediately took it to the dealer and said it was caused by bird droppings and even pointed out it could be caused by car wash, which led me skeptical. They buffed it out but it was still there and insisted it was caused by a reaction to paint and bird droppings. Then days later it came back! And just ignored it then and waited and see if it will get much worse... and IT DID!

I'm very disappointed with my unit because of this. And I thought Honda is still high on quality...guess not.

I'm posting this to ask for advices and suggestions and are problems like this covered by the warranty? Can I claim insurance on this? What could be the real cause?
