I had this unpleasant experience with Autobisyo. I was planning to get a Collinite 476 from them so I called them yesterday. I was told to get it at RCBC. When I asked the female staff where exactly there, she said she would text me the address. That was yesterday. No SMS came.

Then, this morning I received a text from their messenger Albert telling me to get the wax at the LRT station along Taft Avenue. I told him my understanding was I would get it at RCBC, and that I have work in Makati and don't have time to go that far. The messenger said he couldn't go to Makati because he was carrying something heavy and that if I wanted it I would have to go straight to Taft. I said never mind.

I called Autobisyo and reminded them about the original arrangement and the female staff (Becca) insisted it wasn't their fault. She said their boss was the one who ordered the messenger to carry the heavy stuff (shampoo) and she kept insisting it wasn't their fault. I would have accepted it if they said ``Sorry for the inconvenience,'' but no, Becca kept insisting they made no mistake and that if I want the wax, I had to go to Taft. I told her ``Ang labo n'yong kausap, kung sinabi n'yo beforehand na ganito, sana nakapag-plano ako ng biyahe ko.'' I said forget it.

This is my first time to deal with Autobisyo and my experience has been anything but pleasant. They just lost a customer. I realize I'm just one of the hundreds they have, but a customer is a customer. Oh well.
