The best thing we could do is contact the Russians, scrape the licensing fee for this car...

haha it's easy to design the exterior of a car that has no wind tunnel testing that'll look nice and impress a lot of pinoys :twak2: but that's the easy part. it takes a lot of engineering to build a car from scratch. the way to realize this is to try to build *any* vehicle from scratch. i'm now building an electric motorcycle from scratch so i know :twak2:

Support lang naman talaga ng government ang major player sa ganyan development.. look at francisco motors... sarao motors... walang support..

Sen poe in senate hearing on jeepney modernization took notice na puro foreign yung may proposal..

Pero syempre laki ng pera uubusin dyan.. tapos pag nalaman ng mahihirap ang sasabihin.. "dami nagugutom sana pinamigay na lang sa mahihirap yung pondo"

R & D doesn't support by government dahil masasagasaan yung mga higanteng car manufacturer na malaking binabayad sa tax. Corruption is not only in government but also in corporation.

Pangalawa pahirap kumuha ng bagong engine and chassis number sa LTO. Katakot-takot na requirements yan.
