an AC shop will always insist na kailangan i cleaning, then palit yung evap valve yata yun, then top up ng refrigerant. or worst, sasabihin may leak yung linya kaya nauubos ang refrigerant...

January 26th, 2024 06:20 PM #15Sa Mazda 3 club may mga bad experience with sub zero. After daw mag pa cleaning, after a few days nawala yung lamig. So ofcourse bumalik sila to complain. Bastos daw kausap yung may ari. Sasabihin na hindi daw nila kasalanan. Sira na daw in the first place & wag daw sisihin sa kanila. Kahit umabot pa daw sila ng korte, panalo daw sila.

January 27th, 2024 10:47 AM #18there's two ways i see it,
first, is there some thing unique with the mazdas, making them prone to leaking after servicing...? and
sa tagal na niya sa business, bat hindi alam nang aircon shop, na ganun nga? gawan sana niya nang paraan, instead of simply criticizing the car.
from personal experience,
shop owners who say, "wala silang kasalanan" don't know enough of the technical and non-technical aspects of their business.
instead of hand-washing, they should offer possible solutions.
"this is what we did, sir... when we fixed it and returned the freon pressure to normal, you probably sprung a leak at some other part of your aircon, as a result of the increase to normal pressure. it's something we see from time to time that's really no one's fault. we can trouble-shoot it and offer solution, but as it was not in our original work coverage, we may have to charge more. i hope you understand, sir.". or something to that effect.
then again,
there's always the costumer from hell...Last edited by dr. d; January 27th, 2024 at 12:21 PM.
