relation of aircon to hard acceleration

what is the year, make and model of your car? is it throttle by wire/drive by wire?

91 townace japan siya at throttle by wire. Chineck ko na throttle cable niya pero la namang problema. Tuwing on lang aircon mahirap i accelerate. thanks.

adjust the idle. Malamang low ang idle mo. Belt driven kasi ang compressor ng aircon and is connected to the crankshaft, nahihirapan humatak ang engine. Displacement ng engine mo pala is how much?

Ang car aircon is additional load sa engine kaya kung maliit and displacement ng makina mo at lalagyan mo ng mas malaking compressor hirap accelerate makina . Dapat match lang ang compressor sa displacement ng makina.

correction lang po for info lang (no offense meant) throttle by wire ay yung walang cable na throttle (walang cable or link from the accelerator padal to the throttle body), ito ay controlado usually ng TAC module (throttle actuator module) base sa mga input ng mga sensors like pedal position sensor, etc

On aircon is an additional load to your vehicle, its like running with sacks of rice, and running with out, faster acceleration when lesser load, slower acceleration when having more load.

I am also experiencing this sir, I also understand the "LOAD" thing, pero ung hina ng hatak napakalaki ng pinag kaiba sa naka off ung ac sir eh. Pati everytime I release the gas pedal nanginginig ung kotse. I mean I've seen other cars with ac on but it's nothing compared to what my car is showing. My car is a 1995 Honda Civic BTW! Napalitan na ang distributor,nalinis na ang throttle body, sensors have been checked, but still, ganon padin. It is very frustrating, ang init ng panahon and mahirap d naka ac dahil ang init sa loob ng kotse. Pag naka on naman, pag mejo pataas ang road pahirapan, kapag full stop ka tapos pataas, ay, kelangan pa ng handbrake technique para hindi ako mamatayan. So minsan kapag mag aaccelerate off ko muna ac then pag umaandar na tsaka ko ibalik agen. Kaso it's not supposed to be like that!

Have your car's aircon system checked, specially the compressor. It may be in need of an overhaul or replacement since it is giving the engine excessive load when engaged.
