radiator hose lumolobo

Is it normal na yung radiator hose e lumolobo? napansin ko kasi sa galant super saloon ko na yung upper radiator hose e naka lobo, meaning mataas siguro pressure sa loob, napansin ko yun after driving at naka park na ako ng more than 1 hour na ka off narin ang engine.

im worried na pumutok ang radiator hose ko in the future. nde kasi ganito yung sa lancer ko nde naman lumolobo.

thermostat kaya problem nito...

need your feedback or if you have similar experience

Malambot na hose mo. Palitan mo na ASAP before it blows. Most auto supply shops should have one for your ride.

bilhin mo yung may "ply" sa loob, makikita mong may parang rali na nakaembed sa hose.. the more tighter/closer ung "parang dots around sa middle ng hose the better. mura lang yan, wala pang 500 yan, pero mabibili mo slightly longer sa original mo, basta mahalaga ung mga bends pareho...

ps-> pag maiksi kahit konti lang, wag mo bilhin, dun ka sa slightly longer sa orig hose mo, and remember ung bends...(kaya 2x ko sinabi,e..)

What I do is when i see na lumolobo na yung hose, palit ako agad. Usually sa PMS its replace every 50T km.

+1 ako dun sa post ni sir alwayz_yummy. Mas maganda na yung mahaba ng konti sa orig. Magagawan mo ng paraan para mas maganda ang fitting nya.

replace it na. if ganun parin after it might be a sgn of other problems...

thanks alot for the replies... bigla yata ako ngayon nag panic, baka nga bumigay... will replace it asap... thanks....

nde ko alam na dapat pala every 50k palitan according to pms... nawala ko kasi yung owner's manual.

Correction lang po dun sa earlier post ko....

Dapat 100T kms ang replacement ng hose sa PMS.

Yung 50T kms replacement ng belts po yun (except timing belt)

replace mo agad ang hose mo. pareho na para hindi ka nagaalala. pressurized ang radiator kaya nagpipilit lumabas pressure sa weak part ng hose. get the original kasi at least sigurado ka na kahit mahal ay sulit.
