Check also your water pump. We've had this problem before on our old, high mileage cars and it was the water pump in two cases and the radiator in another.
With the water pump, check if there is water dripping while the car is running then nawawala when its shut off.

If there are no visible leaks anywhere in your cooling system, it could be that the water is seeping into the combustion chamber thru a bad head gasket or the head itself specially if you're blowing white smoke at the tail pipe.

check the freeze plugs on the engine block, they tend to corrode overtime and causes coolant leaks

If that only happens in the morning, it may just be condensation. But if even after driving a considerable distance ganun pa din, it may be connected with your original problem of coolant loss; the reasons already enumerated by our friends here. The best is to have a competent mechanic eliminate and repair all apparent defects starting from the simplest.

Not connected with the topic, but share ko na rin.
Last month, I had my rad fan and radiator itself cleaned and washed.
Tapos, pinalitan ko na yung rad hose ko .. yung luma kong rad hose, parang masisira na/worn out nung tinanggal so sabi ko buti nalang i decided to have these things replaced/cleaned.
Pati rad cap pinapalitan ko na rin.
Kaya from then, mas late yung pagtaas ng temp ko kaysa before. Hehehe.
