high pressure due to lack of silicon oil

Is it true that one cause of a/c high pressure reading is due to the lack of silicon oil of the engine fan? Pinagawa ko kasi yesterday yung a/c ng revo ko. Malamig naman yung a/c parang brand new ulit, pero sabi dun sa shop ibalik ko daw ulit sa kanila yung revo. Nag hihigh pressure kasi yung system and dahil daw ito sa mahina na ang ikot ng engine fan. Kailangan malagyan daw ng silicon oil para di mag high pressure.

Totoo ba yung sinasabi ng mechanic sa akin?

kung mahina ang ikot ng attached radiator fan kailangan nga ma check ang quantity ng silicon oil other wise mataas ang slippage. Apektado din ang temperature ng cooling water ng makina.
