when my aircon is in fresh air mode, walang hangin na lumalabas sa blower. pero pag recirculate, meron. ano kaya problem? halos hindi ko naman kasi ginagamit yung fresh air mode, pero siempre it might be a sign of a problem about to start.

are you the first/orig owner? if not, baka pina-overhaul/repair na yan aircon ng auto mo tapos tinakpan yun intake duct for the fresh-air mode.

depende sa type ng ac meron motor ang actuator ng door (ATC), meron din vacuum solenoid . i check mo na lang baka me nahugot na vacuum hose kaya ayaw mag actuate ang fresh air door

I also have a problem with the blower of my aircon, everytime that i start my AC the air that comes out from it smells bad. Amoy basang basahan na naiwan ng ilang araw,
then after a minute the foul odor is gone.

not familiar w/ civic but in general yung outside air dumadaan sa cowl then papuntana sa ac housing meron door na nag bubukas or nagsasara para sa outside air yun door na yun ang most probable problem mo (not opening) ang control nito ay either electric motor (ATC) or vac solenoid (manual AC) usually nasa gilid ng housing nakamount ang mototr or vac solenoid, kaya depende sa set-up meron madali ma access meron din mahirap (some requires removal of the dash). since nagpaservice ka yata ng evaporator baka hindi naibalik yun lever kung, vac supply naman madidinig mo may hissing sound (pag nag open ka for outside air). since d2 sa atin hindi maganda ang environment you can leave it as ease wala naman mabigat na problem yan lagi naman recirc ang gamit natin. paayos mo na lang sa next service ng ac mo.

sir vroom
That musty odor is the result of microbial growth on the cooling coil. During normal A/C system operation, condensation forms in and around the A/C cooling coil. When airborne pollutants mix with this condensation, bacteria and fungi growth begins and odor results. kaya kailangan na siguro ng cleaning ac cooling coil (evaporator).
