Baka yung carbon sa loob. It costs Php 400.00/fan sa aircon shop ni Mang Mario to bring them back to life.
He repaired mine and odell's.

Maari ding thermo switch. But that's pretty easy to check. Just hook your fan motor up directly to your battery. If it works, the motor is ok and the thermo switch might be at fault.

yung sa akin naman may naputol na wire going to the other auxullary fan, pag pinagdugtong mo aandar na yung fan... kaya pag-on pa lang ng oto ko umaandar na yung isang auxillary fan, then pag on mng aircon andar yung dalawa! san kaya dating naka connect yung naputol... nung tinrace ko yung naputol na wires, mayroon pa itong naka connect going sa ilalim radiator like a sending unit... and yung naputol, hindi ko alam kung saan naka connect!

December 20th, 2003 07:42 AM #10tsarcol, i think that is thermal switch.....nag-oon lang dapat yung aux fan when the temp is too hot na that the main radiator fan could not handle it.
Kim, if its not the positive line or the motor brush, it could also be the ground contacts of the fan, baka nagloosen up na so hindi properly grounded ang fan.
