Hi! Good Day Guys, I bought a used 2012 Suzuki Swift 1.4L Manual Transmission tapos nag plan po ako na palitan ang engine coolant nya.

Stick with OEM or at least something close to it.

October 26th, 2018 12:41 PM #7I operate 16Grab cars since 2014. I've used Pro99 since 2016, both green and pink, both works. I personally prefer the green variety, easier to check vs discoloration that tells you to change the fluid.
I change all fluids once a year. Yes, full flush before fill
Never did I have overheating, unless the aux fan breaks down
No coagulation, no rusting, no noticeable difference
Even compared to just plain absolute distilled water

Mga modern engines like yours ay dapat ginagamitan ng original fluids to avoid corrosion inside the engine and better cooling efficiency. It is basically a mixture of many different chemicals suited for that type of engine. Yung original Long Life Engine Coolant ng Toyota ay nagamit ko lang 1 time in 5 years. Imagine, dahil ginagamit ko original from Toyota walang mga leaks and corrosion ang engine ko. Well maintained and super linis inside and out from top to bottom. Just my two cents.
