aircon problem

patulong naman po kasi yung aircon ng kotse ko yung pinakamalakas lang po ang merong lumalabas na hangin... pero kapag doon po sa mababa wala na po lumalabas na hangin... ano po kaya ang diperensya nun? saka mga magkano po ang magagastos ko?

honda civic 93 hatchback po yung sasakyan ko.
